Rating : - heavy thai flavor in terms of attitude...excellent! I really liked this video. Walter "sleeper" shows many variations of thai training on the heavybag, thai pads , and the banana bag. He shows a great deal of variations in terms of using the thai pads, various defensive guards and a multitude of variations used when striking the pads. Demonstrations are shown of how to use the thai pads, how to spar, short traing sets to use for conditioning, and clinch training. This would be a great addition to any muay thai library. Walter is particularly good at transmitting a thai flavor in his attitude and the way he throws his strikes. It is a nice glimpse into the thai mindset of training. You will enjoy and learn a lot from this video. I would rate this more of an intermediate rather than beginners video since it assumes you know how to do the basic strikes of punching, elbows, kneeing and using the thai teep and round kicks.
